Description
With this service, we create a machine-made wig using either your own bundles or bundles and from us. If you choose our bundles, please order them 10 - 14 business days in advance. The wig includes 3 bundles, with an additional €20 for each extra bundle.
We use The Ivy’s Original Flip-Over Method, which means a portion of a bundle is cut into small pieces to create the flip-over section. Please keep this in mind.
When you bring your bundles and closure, we will also take your head measurements to ensure a proper fit. If you already know your size, you may provide it, but you will be responsible for the fit and we cannot be held liable if it does not fit. If you are unsure about your size or unable to have your measurements taken by us, please contact us first for guidance.
After your appointment, it takes up to 7 days to complete your wig. Please make sure your bundles and closure are washed, dried, detangled, and properly prepared.

Keep in mind that items are not always in stock. In that case, it can take 4 to 7 business days for bundles and 10 to 14 business days for lace pieces, before your order is shipped.
This does not apply to The Melt Band and The Bamboo Comb. For these items, the stock level is accurate. If an item is sold out, this will be shown on the website. These products are shipped within 1 business day.
