Refund policy

By placing an order with Celeste Hair, the customer agrees to the following return policy:

We want you to feel fully confident in your purchase from Celeste Hair. In accordance with Dutch consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. You may return your items provided they are in their original condition. The product may be inspected as necessary to determine its nature and characteristics, but it may not be used or worn. All tags, labels and packaging must remain intact, and the hair must not be washed, styled or altered in any way.

  1. Return Process
    1.1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@celestehair.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your request is accepted, we will provide instructions on how to proceed.
    1.2. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    1.3. All returns must be shipped with a tracking number. Please send the tracking number to info@celestehair.com immediately after dispatch.

  2. Refunds
    2.1. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
    2.2. If the return is approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days, taking national holidays into account.
    2.3. If the return does not meet the requirements, you may choose to have the item sent back to you. In that case, the shipping costs will be at your expense.

  3. Non-returnable Items
    3.1. Used or Altered Products: Items that have been washed, styled, cut, dyed or otherwise altered cannot be returned.
    3.2. Damaged or Missing Packaging: Products without original packaging, tags or labels are not eligible for return.
    3.3. Customized or Special Orders: Items made to order or customized at the customer’s request are non-returnable.
    3.4. Hygiene Products: For hygiene reasons, items such as haircare products, brushes and certain accessories cannot be returned.
    3.5. Final Sale Items: Items marked as final sale or discounted items are non-returnable.
    3.6. Digital Products: Digital items, including downloadable content such as e-books, guides and online courses, cannot be returned.

We encourage you to read each product description carefully before purchasing to avoid ordering items that may not be eligible for return.
