By placing an order with Celeste Hair, you agree to the following Shipping Policy. These terms follow Dutch and EU consumer regulations regarding delivery, shipping responsibility and transfer of risk.

1. Processing Time

1.1. Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment, unless noted otherwise on the product page.
1.2. If an item is not in stock, processing may take 7–14 business days. Public holidays or external delays may extend this timeframe.

2. Stock Accuracy

2.1. Stock information on the website may not always update in real time.
2.2. For certainty about availability, customers are welcome to contact us directly.

3. Shipping Method

3.1. Orders are shipped with PostNL.
3.2. Once the parcel has been dispatched, customers will receive a tracking number so they can follow their shipment.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.

5. Delivery Time

5.1. Delivery times depend on the destination and the local carrier’s schedule.
5.2. Celeste Hair is not responsible for delays caused by force majeure, customs procedures, strikes or other external circumstances beyond our control.

6. Delivery Address

6.1. Customers must provide an accurate and complete delivery address.
6.2. Any delays or additional costs caused by an incorrect address are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Undeliverable Packages

7.1. If a parcel cannot be delivered due to incomplete or incorrect address details, it will be returned to Celeste Hair.
7.2. We will contact the customer for updated information. Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer.

8. International Shipping

8.1. We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary by country and may be extended due to customs checks or regional carrier delays.
8.2. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees.
